Vapours are produced in most metal-machining operations where oil and emulsion is used as cooling liquid. Due to the trend for higher tooling speeds and the lower viscosity of cooling liquids, the aerosol particles produced are getting smaller. These small aerosols challenges most filter systems. The requirements can be met with our AERO and ENA filter systems.
