Leading the way in engineering

Lybover has been a prominent player in dedusting, bulk handling, manufacturing of steel and stainless steel components, sorting plants and separation machines for many years. The group of companies has built up an excellent reputation as a supplier of high-quality customised solutions. From concept to assembly and service: as a one-stop shop, Lybover has built up a strong customer base at home and abroad from its branches in Waregem, Bruges and, more recently, Beringen, as well as sales offices in France and the United Kingdom. Last year, the group recorded a significant 36% increase in its sales volume. The largest increase in its history.

The right technologies for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges

By keeping its finger on the pulse, Lybover managed to grow from a local player to a leading international engineering company. After the Benelux and the DACH region, the group is increasingly receiving requests from Scandinavian countries such as Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The sectors in which Lybover operates, and also makes a difference, are striving for a sustainable future. Thanks to tailor-made solutions, processes become more sustainable, efficient, ergonomic and energy-efficient, and this in a wide variety of industrial sectors.

This increase is no coincidence. In recent years, we have focused on sectors and customers where we can really make a difference. By focusing on what we are really good at and putting all our efforts into it, we have been able to achieve strong growth in recent years. Even in corona years. Our approach is well-thought-out and that pays off.

Investment plan gives room to grow

Besides investments in IT and innovative technologies such as 3D engineering and Virtual Reality, which enable a modern and agile project approach, Lybover is also visibly investing with a EUR 5 million investment plan to expand its infrastructure at the headquarters in Waregem. No fewer than 80 new workstations will be added, a new refectory and more meeting and training facilities. The auditorium facilities will also be at the disposal of local associations. The move into the new offices and meeting rooms coincides with the 40th anniversary in 2025. A symbolic milestone for the group. To sustain growth, it is now essential to fill these new workplaces with employees who share the Lybover DNA. Complexity, challenge, variety, and growth are key.

We currently have 25 vacancies for highly skilled profiles in sales, projects, technical design, service, after sales, production, and installation. Anyone looking for a challenge and wanting to be part of a growth story will certainly find what they are looking for at Lybover.
