On Saturday 8 February, we welcomed around 40 TAJO participants to our Lybover site in Waregem.
TAJO vzw offers young people the chance to take their future into their own hands with practical workshops given by professionals from different professions.
Inspired by the support our CEOs already give to TAJO, our own guest lecturers guided participants through three hands-on workshops, covering technology and project realisation. Thinking and doing – the best way to learn!

- How to create a simple design using Tinkercad. The youngsters were given their own Lybover keychain to take away as a memento.
- How to use air to separate a heavy fraction from a finer fraction by building a 2-stage filter. We concluded the workshop by visiting the air shower in production.
- Why recycling is so important for a sustainable future. What materials can we extract from a car and how can we sort them according to their properties.
We look back on an instructive and inspiring day.
