The right welding technique for the right application!
The choice between laser welding and TIG welding depends on the specific application and requirements, such as material type, desired weld quality and production speed. Although there are many similarities between TIG welding and laser welding, the latter welding technique, which creates a joint by fusing materials together through a coherent beam of light, offers some major advantages.
And they are numerous!
✔️ Increased welding speed
✔️ Good and narrow penetration depth
✔️ Little distortion of the workpiece
✔️ Low heat input
✔️ Welding goggles are sufficient
✔️ Little or no post-processing (grinding, polishing, etc.) required
