  • Through a kick-off meeting, you gain insight into the project’s objectives, timeline and approach. 
  • You manage complex (piping) projects from A to Z, making decisions based on your planning and budget to ensure that projects stay withing scope. 
  • Develop detailed project plans that serve as a guideline for the implementation of the project. 
  • Organize, lead and coordinate projects related to the transport of liquids and gases. 
  • Take ownership of the technical development of each project. 
  • Monitor task execution and ensure timelines are respected.  
  • Prepare the assemblies and make adjustments where necessary.  
  • Monitor the budget and ensure accurate invoicing of project costs. 
  • Report regularly on project progress, track deadlines and adjust where necessary.  
  • Ensure successful completion of the project.  
  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the entire project.  
  • Maintain transparent and proactive communication on project status. 

Are you the ideal match? 

  • You hold a master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering.  
  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects that combine technical and project management responsibilities. 
  • Experience with metalworking projects in industries like food, chemicals or pharma? That’s a plus! 
  • Structured, organizational and systematic are your strengths, allowing you to always set the right priorities, zoom out and meet deadlines.  
  • You take initiative and ownership.  
  • You see complex projects as a challenge in which you want to sink your teeth to bring it to a successful conclusion.  
  • You are a strong communicator who can adapt his communication style to his conversation partner.  
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or French? Nice plus!  
  • Lybover is expanding fast – also beyond borders. You are willing to travel internationally from time to time.
