- Through a kick-off meeting, you gain insight into the project’s objectives, timeline and approach.
- You manage complex (piping) projects from A to Z, making decisions based on your planning and budget to ensure that projects stay withing scope.
- Develop detailed project plans that serve as a guideline for the implementation of the project.
- Organize, lead and coordinate projects related to the transport of liquids and gases.
- Take ownership of the technical development of each project.
- Monitor task execution and ensure timelines are respected.
- Prepare the assemblies and make adjustments where necessary.
- Monitor the budget and ensure accurate invoicing of project costs.
- Report regularly on project progress, track deadlines and adjust where necessary.
- Ensure successful completion of the project.
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the entire project.
- Maintain transparent and proactive communication on project status.
Are you the ideal match?
- You hold a master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering.
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects that combine technical and project management responsibilities.
- Experience with metalworking projects in industries like food, chemicals or pharma? That’s a plus!
- Structured, organizational and systematic are your strengths, allowing you to always set the right priorities, zoom out and meet deadlines.
- You take initiative and ownership.
- You see complex projects as a challenge in which you want to sink your teeth to bring it to a successful conclusion.
- You are a strong communicator who can adapt his communication style to his conversation partner.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German and/or French? Nice plus!
- Lybover is expanding fast – also beyond borders. You are willing to travel internationally from time to time.
