Is this what your future role looks like?

  • At the request of the Sales Engineer, you develop an initial concept design that aligns with the customer’s requirements.
  • Once the offer is approved, you receive a detailed briefing during the kick-off meeting, after which you create the design in close collaboration with the Project Engineer.
  • You take the lead in engineering technically complex solutions for the customer: you translate concepts into clear drawings and develop detailed and assembly plans.
  • You ensure that all technical drawings for the project are completed on time, within the defined budgets.
  • You build on 3D concepts and convert them into technical 2D CAD drawings.
  • In addition to design work, you also handle administrative tasks such as preparing materials lists and placing orders with suppliers.
  • Together with the Project Engineer, you coordinate your drawings with customers and suppliers to establish clear agreements.
  • Throughout the project, you regularly consult with the entire project team to align progress and technical details.

Are you the perfect match?

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering and look back on initial work experience with 3D drawing using parametric drawing packages such as Inventor.
  • You have a hands-on mentality. You combine a smooth project with well-considered choices and adapt your approach when needed.
  • You have good communication skills and dare to make things discussable.
  • You have strong organizational skills and can set the right priorities to meet deadlines.
  • You can respond quickly to customer expectations and know how to translate their needs into technical solutions.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and/or German is definitely a plus!
  • You will join a driven team where you work both independently and collaboratively to realize technical designs.

What do we offer?

  • A salary that matches your experience and responsibilities, including ADV days, meal vouchers, group insurance, laptop, mobile phone and subscription.
  • You will be joining a rapidly growing family company where challenges are embraced with enthusiasm and open communication is key. Everyone is ready to support their colleagues.
  • A career that offers you autonomy, ownership and challenge, allowing you to fully express yourself through technically complex designs.
  • On-the-job training and use of the latest tools (3D scanning, VR, total station, etc.).
  • You become part of a driven team that knows how to balance intense projects with moments of relaxation. Think of pétanque, a walk, fries on Friday and pleasant company parties.
