In the Prijkels industrial zone, at Kruisem/Nazareth, construction work started on Renson's brand new Outdoor Experience Center in 2019. The 'outdoor living' flagship must become the international reference for total experience in the garden. The fire protection of the project was from A to Z in the hands of Altebra Waregem.
With a dedicated team and one dedicated point of contact, communication and planning went smoothly throughout.
The new Renson complex along the E17 motorway houses both production, offices, test and training centres and a showroom for 'outdoor living', the youngest and at the same time fastest growing division of the Renson group.

But there is also space for a test centre, training facilities, offices and a showroom of no less than 10,000 m², which we fill in together with other top-outdoor producers of garden furniture, jacuzzis, outdoor kitchens, garden lighting, ... We want to immerse our visitors in a dream world where all the elements in the garden are perfectly attuned to each other."
With a total area of 10 hectares, including 60,000 m² of built-up area and 10,000 m² of showroom, offices and meeting/training rooms, the fire compartmentation was a job for specialists who are not afraid of anything.
After an extensive consultation round Altebra Waregem turned out to be the partner for Renson with the knowledge and know-how and the ability to keep an overview.
And so Altebra Waregem was involved in the fire compartmentalisation of all production buildings from the very beginning.
Renson was spared a great deal of headaches by contracting all aspects of fire compartmentalisation to a single party. Production and installation could be planned perfectly and then realised in record time. Even service and maintenance after delivery were in the scope of Altebra Waregem.
