Service support engineer

Lybover FIRE (Keller Benelux) is part of the Lybover group and is an engineering company specialised in offering customised solutions for smoke and heat evacuation and fire compartmentation. To support the continuous growth, we are looking for a new colleague to strenghten the service department.

Your job

• You support the service engineers in their daily assignments.
• More specifically, you are responsible for the planning of the service engineers and their service assignments and you prepare the maintenance, inspections and interventions.
• Where necessary, you go to the customer yourself to deal with technical challenges.
• You analyse and check the reports of the service engineers and ensure timely technical reporting to the customer.
• You are responsible for the budget control of the service projects.
• You are responsible for the management of the service objects and service intervals list.
• You work with products that are important for the fire safety of the building. You therefore find it important that these systems function optimally.
• You report to the Teamleader Service.

Your profile

• You have had a technical bachelor’s degree (electromechanics, etc.) or are equivalent through experience.
• You are communicative and result oriented with a strong commitment.
• You can handle the MS-office package (word, excel and outlook).
• You are a recent graduate or have had your first work experience.
• You like to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and in French.
• You can think conceptually and your organisational skills enable you to keep an overview;
