Your challenge

As Production Manager you are responsible for the coordination of the daily production activities.

  • You lead and motivate a team of about 20 colleagues, including the foremen.
  • You realise optimal, safe working conditions and guarantee a good working atmosphere.
  • You support, evaluate and encourage personal and professional development.
  • You plan and optimise the production activities.
  • You ensure an efficient work distribution that guarantees the expected targets.
  • You ensure the quality of the finished products according to our high quality standards.
  • You look for solutions and increased efficiency also on the shop floor.

Your profile

  • You have a master’s degree in engineering.
  • Experience in the metal sector is a plus.
  • You have experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • You are communicative, hands-on, results-oriented and team-oriented.
  • You are good at planning and organising.
  • You have Dutch fluently, and you know how to communicate with our French-, and English-speaking colleagues.
