Your challenge

As Production Manager you are responsible for the coordination of the daily production activities.

You lead and motivate a team of about 20 colleagues, including the foremen.
You realise optimal, safe working conditions and guarantee a good working atmosphere.
You support, evaluate and encourage personal and professional development.
You plan and optimise the production activities.
You ensure an efficient work distribution that guarantees the expected targets.
You ensure the quality of the finished products according to our high quality standards.
You look for solutions and increased efficiency also on the shop floor.

Your profile

You have a master’s degree in engineering.
Experience in the metal sector is a plus.
You have experience in managing and motivating a team.
You are communicative, hands-on, results-oriented and team-oriented.
You are good at planning and organising.
You have Dutch fluently, and you know how to communicate with our French-, and English-speaking colleagues.
