Main mechanic for domestic and foreign projects

Lybover INSTALLATION (Lybotech) is part of the Lybover group. We offer engineering, customisation and/or total solutions to our clients in industrial sectors. To this end, we design and produce customised components and installations in the fields of dedusting, recycling and bulk handling, among others. The Installation business unit supports all units within the Lybover Group in the field of assembly, maintenance and service.

To support continuous growth, we are looking for colleagues for the assembly of our installations. This is always on site at our customers’ premises. For this position, you will leave from the Waregem region with your colleague.

Your challenge

A team consists of 2 or 3 colleagues, managed by a chief mechanic and possibly supplemented by competent and well-equipped subcontractors.

• You are responsible for the assembly of industrial constructions, machines for dust abatement systems, separation of raw materials, storage, and transport of bulk goods.
• You assemble on the basis of technical drawings.
• You are (co-)responsible for the smooth organisation of the installations at our customers in Belgium and/or neighbouring countries in a wide variety of sectors.
• You supervise the maintenance and correct use of materials and equipment.
• You always ensure high-quality results and clean, safe working conditions.

Your profile

• You are technically trained and preferably have several years of experience in assembly.
• You hold or obtain a VCA certificate and you have a driving licence B (BE).
• You have the necessary technical insight and can easily read a plan.
• You speak Dutch well and can express yourself in French or English.
• You are not afraid of heights.
• You are creative in finding solutions, eager to learn, work independently and can work to deadlines.
• You like variety in your work and dealing with customers on site.
• You are flexible in terms of working hours and travel.
• You are willing to carry out assignments abroad (Mon-Fri) on a regular basis.
