Your challenge

  • You provide the daily leadership and operational management of the Business Unit INSTALLATION, including our partners and contractors: people management, resource planning, monitoring of objectives, communication, standardisation, process optimisation, ….
  • You translate the long-term strategy into a short- and medium-term strategic plan and into concrete objectives for each employee.
  • You manage the business unit’s P&L in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • You ensure strategic pricing and determine the tariff plan according to the technicians’ level of specialisation.
  • You are jointly responsible for developing international expansion.
  • You guarantee safe and pleasant working conditions in close cooperation with the prevention advisor.
  • You promote cooperation across Business Units.

Your profile

  • You have a master’s degree in a relevant technical field and have experience in the world of assembly, maintenance and/or service of installations and machines.
  • You know Dutch, French, and English well.
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position and are strong in managing individuals and teams.
  • You are a result-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • You have great numerical and analytical insight and easily maintain a helicopter view.

The Business Unit INSTALLATION belongs to the Lybover Group, based in Waregem and Bruges, provider of engineering, customised and/or total solutions in industrial applications. This Business Unit INSTALLATION supports all other Business Units within the group in the field of assembly and service. The team of about 30 employees (supplemented with contractors and partners) always works on site at our customers’ sites (at home and abroad) and is supported by a number of internal colleagues in the field of administration, planning and site follow-up. Customer Satisfaction, both in installation and in preventive and curative maintenance of our installations and machines, is our permanent challenge.
